Terms and Conditions

Clients and guests reserving services must provide accurate information regarding date, time, location details, and any specifics regarding the event. Understand our pricing is Final and 

All -Inclusive. The final price is reflective of all costs including booking deposit, ingredients, materials, service, and logistics. An additional 15% Gratuity of specified service and 7.25% state taxes. Our invoice/ contract provides exact event date and service details, client information, and pricing details for your event.  All Invoices are Reviewed & Approved before deposit is complete. 

Terms and Conditions you agree you understand:

•  50% deposit of full payment is REQUIRED when the catering service invoice is confirmed and approved by designated parties.
• After initial deposit there are no refunds of any kind, only minor adjustments to the service order. 
• We offer event reschedules ONLY if the event is being directly affected one of the following: inclement weather or family emergency.
• Events booked 1 month prior to the event date will also receive a $75.00 Emergency booking charge.
• $75.00 Late payment charge will be added to balance if payment is not completed on the designated date stated in the  contract.
• We REQUIRE a “PAID IN FULL” balance 7 business days advance of service.
